BauPersonal, Ltd is a building construction-trade company, which also provides personnel services specializing in the employment and selection of people in the construction industry for Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands.
We will gladly arrange staff for short time and long time projects. It covers the outsourcing of freelancers, self-employed workers, or individuals hired as temporary or permanent employees. The company also focuses on full construction activities via its partner company STAL Group, Ltd. and actively cooperates with foreign partners from 2017 based on accepting complex orders (the works contract).

Our regular clients are mainly from Western Europe (Germany, the Netherlands, and Austria). The groups consist of 3 - 4 workers who are sent all over the EU and carry out the full completion of the work under the supervision of the project manager. We assign a project manager and coordinator to each company whose task is to ensure a complete administrative agenda of the contract - protocols on the takeover of the work, photo documentation of the construction site, protocols with attendance records, and extra work records.
